....but as the quarter ends, not one %#&$% Ebay bucks promotion. Not one.
Been receiving most of them over the last several years.
Must of been the ruckus I put up last quarter when U S coins were blocked when redeeming the valuable little vouchers.

Essentially any (non bullion) purchase qualifies. Ebay though offers several higher percentage offers each quarter. rather cryptic though as to whom and when they are allotted.
It's hit and miss for some. There doesn't appear to be an amount. I have it on an account that was started new (buying vs selling account) and started getting them right away. I think, since I started that account, there was only 1 that I didn't get that someone mentioned on the forums. I have gotten the rest.
Key thing seems to be having settings to allow getting promotionals from ebay.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
