    There are really no significant or even minor ddo's known for this date/mm, so I'll go ahead and call it machine doubling from outer space.

    @NOVEMBER18..... The picture does not allow us to see any anomaly at all... As DCW says, there are not any known DDO/DDR's for this date.... so likely anything you see is machine doubling.... however, without a close up shot of the area in question, it cannot be confirmed as MD or anything else.
