Why aren't the cert numbers any good on,,,,,,,

most of the PCGS 30th Anniversary Medals?

I have 7 of them and the certs aren't valid on 4 of them.

From where I purchased them it seems that ones that were certified overseas are valid while US certified one's are not.

Anyone else notice this?

I can't seem to get them fixed either. If you put a cert number on the label it should show up in the data base showing a description of what is in the holder. i.e. PCGS 30th Anniversary Authorized Dealer Medal :'(

I want to create a Showcase Set to display all the various types. I believe there are at least 4 versions.

1 = OGH Label

2 = Luncheon Label

3 = Authorized Dealer Label

4 = David Hall Signature Label 1 of 500 pcs

Any other versions out there I am not aware of?

(Hand signed on the plastic doesn't count)

Here is what you get when you type in the cert number in cert verification.

"We're sorry. That PCGS Cert Number was not found in our database. Please double check the number and try again. To speak with PCGS Customer Service, call us at 1-800-447-8848.
Cert number is not valid. Please make sure it’s a 7 or 8 digit number."

I have no idea why #1 - #4 lettering is so BIG,,,,,, I did not make it that way and can't edit it to the same size as the rest of the post. This happens frequently if I go in and add to or edit a post?????

I originally e-mailed Customer service on 1-16-17 with cert numbers and photos. 1 week later called,,,,,,, a 2nd call another week later,,,,,,, another e-mail on 2-27-17,,,,,,,,,,,, 2 weeks later another e-mail,,,,,,,,,,,

Nothing is getting done,,,,,,,,

None of these were gifts,,,,,,,, I purchased all of them off eBay,,,,,,,

Don't use the hashtag before the numbers. E.g.,
1 = OGH Label
2 = Luncheon Label
3 = Authorized Dealer Label
4 = David Hall Signature Label 1 of 500 pcs
