Those lines are unusual but they are actually in the metal and not a fingerprint. At some angles they blend in and are hard to see but straight on, as in the image they are quite obvious.
Just about all the other die pair 1/A coins in CoinFacts have similar lines. (die pair 1/A has the little blip coming off the bottom of the first 1 in the date and a curved line to the left of IN)
Your coin is only OK, not special enough that you should waste $$ with submittal fees. Could be that the photo does not represent the coin in hand, but from your pic, PR65 is the max grade.

Did that pretty penny cost you a pretty penny?
Not too bad. I can't remember exactly but it was below guide by somewhere between $100 to $200. One thing I do know is that when I bought this, the example I replaced it with - I really disliked. I was getting permanent wrinkles on my face from looking at it and frowning.

You're probably right. It isn't one that is anywhere near the top of my "coins to upgrade" list. I have a 64BN that actually might have a better shot. Sorry about low quality pictures, it is from an inexpensive phone.

I see what PCGS called it. Looks about right...maybe a little generous.

Agree with Ricko, while original they are distracting but otherwise it is a great example.
A few of the RB examples graded and imaged by PCGS seem to have the same lines. Die polish?

Wow! Good catch. I never noticed that similarity before. Cool.

I like the reverse toning better than the obverse.
