I have been in the 20th place for so long.
Not long age I added a dime to my set and moved up to 18th.
Just looked and I am back to the same old place 20th.
Later today I will pick a new addition add it to my set and then see what that does.

Are there more than twenty registries for your series?

Nice set, Pat. You need some pictures. ;) Looks like you have a great wife and good friends that have helped you a lot along the way. That is priceless. Congrats!

Actually there are 144 collector sets in his series. So yes he can be rather proud of his set.

I think you can make what you want out of the Registry. Many years ago when the Registry was newer I had two or three number one sets...Jefferson Nickels, circs, proofs and war era. I enjoyed the thrill of it and the competition was great...It was what I wanted to do. Today I am putting together a Morgan Dollar Date and Circ. strike set. I will never ever be in the top 20 let alone the top 100...but it is what I want to do on my budget. The PCGS Registry has to be one of the best, if not the best way to inventory your coins, sets and collections with or without competition. Just my 2 cents...

I forgot to add...being in the top 20 is quite an accomplishment and I admire anyone with any set that can do it....

Just added the 1927-D and that my friends moved me into the 17th spot.
Now just how long will I stay out of the 20th spot?
    2 more holes to fill!

Sweet! Being in the top twenty is more difficult than I imagined.
    Do your coins have photos?

Being top 20 in that very competitive registry set is impressive.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Congratulations.
Very ambitious set and you're in the thick of it.
    Looking forward to the pics.

why do people list their sets and then NOT open them for everyone to see?
