It's nice to see what appears to me to be an honest dealer working hard to keep customers happy. I have absolutely no knowledge of who this is, just find it refreshing. Anyone ever buy from him/her?

100% feedback is more a matter of luck than skill.
Actually, the feedback rating ebay shows is just for the past 12 months, so the last 452 feedback. If you search negative received all time he has a decent amount (which is to be expected with his high number of transactions)

You really can't please everyone.
I've been using eBay since 1999 and have had my share of negatives.
None were deserved, in my opinion,as I try to make sure everyone is happy.
I describe all flaws and don't hype the coins.
But still, idiots and weirdos abound.
I wish I would have saved some of the questions that potential buyers/bidders have asked over the years.
That would be a FUN thread!
While I don't sell a lot of coins I do a hefty amount of eBay sales (to pay for coins LOL) 1635 positive feedback with over 2500 transactions and had one negative since 2006.... $9 item that I refunded everything including shipping for and I don't think the item had a problem at all.
