I don't believe it is a Redfield...just a Paramount Holder. The holder looks correct with its' Made in Canada' label but a Redfield Paramount must say "From the Redfield Collection".

Eggzacary! People used to try to pass these off as Redfield all the time. Especially the red ones and still do. What's rare are the green Redfield paramount holders. Those mean the coin was believed to be above ms65 level.
These with the inside grade sticker seen sometimes.
Grant Campbell of Dalton Coins usually has one or two in his cases at coin shows.
Some of the Paramount holders have an unusual trait that the Redfield holders do not have. Both the Paramount red and black have a “grade sticker” inside the holder that covers the holder printed grade.
So far I have only seen grade stickers with 63. Also I have only seen red and blue grade stickers.
Lew...very interesting. Cacoinguy...Coins from the Redfield Collection in Paramount holders came from the basement at the bottom of the coal chute from this place.
For you guys who want to read a very thrilling book. Here's the full online version of "The Curious Life of LeVere Redfield" or you can buy the paperback on Amazon for about $10...
The coin is not a Redfield coin, but a coin from Paramount. It has not been "cracked and resealed" as these were sold labeled this way by Paramount. Versions with the black inserts had a "63" and versions with the red inserts had a "67" added as an embossed label before they were slabbed.
I have seen very few of these. The only ones I have seen are the "63" coins in black holders. I have not yet seen a "67" in a red holder. Those might be just a "rare" as the green insert Redfield/Paramount holders.

It was a scary house when I was a kid in the 50's and 60's...we would not walk by that iron gate. The irony is that 40 years ago the wife and I fell in love with the style so we built a house somewhat of that era with river rock.
If it doesn't say "Redfield Collection" on the insert it's just like any other Morgan or Peace dollar in a Paramount holder. Lot's of people get screwed on these things.

that coin has been switched and 63 label added
coins should have been in those holders for 30 years, and should be some color somewhere

Looks like some coins I saw at Buena Park today. In the same stack the dealer had a few Redfield coins. Just wanted too much for my cheap taste.

After a while they realized there were some coins better that 60 or 65... call it the 1st step towards the 11 MS grades
