Just got back bought it for 30 bucks, just thought i would share.
That is a wonderful find. Congrats. + even.
Wow, I just checked the cert and its Pop1 (due to the variety right?). How did the shop not know what they had?

I suspect they bought it for less than $15, so made their profit. It makes you wonder about the person that brought it in.
Nice score newcollect, did they have more stuff?
Pawn shops don't care about varieties, much less anything else with coins. They pay a basic price for them and sell them they same way.
Excellent!
Want to double your money???
Cool find! Never know what the local pawn shop may have

$30 for a nice Pop 1 coin. Can't beat that. Congrats.
Heck yeah! The only thing that I can think of that would make it better is if it FBL. Good on you from freeing it from the pawn shop.
Great find and the coin is truly gorgeous... I must find some pawn shops and peruse their wares.... Cheers, RickO
Nice score!

I don't collect Franklin's and even I would have purchased that for $30 if I saw it.
30 is a great deal!

Takes a sharp eye to recognize a special item like this. Most pawn shop patrons would just pass over it. Do you visit this shop often? Bet you'll be back.
Must have missed 66 by a hair. You don't find many franklins in the wild with clean surfaces.
