So i just sent out 13 coins to be graded and once i sent them out realized that in one of the columns it says ESTIMATED VALUE and i unfortunately put down the cost of each coin and if it had an error or not. from now on i will know what to do but i really hope this doesn't compromise them grading my coins can someone give me a little incite as to what might happen or if they will grade them and ask for the next time i send them a shipment to put the est value?????????? thanks for all your help so happy i have joined an AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE this is the 1994 D I was talking about in my latest comment

This is going to be fun.
If it makes a difference, you could probably file an amended submission form and fax it to the grading service. I would call NGC and ask them. As long as your coins are accurately valued/insured, you are probably okay.
I WAS GOING TO CALL LATER ON TODAY AND ASK THEM SINCE THE SHIPMENT IS AT USPS IN FL RIGHT NOW THANK YOU VERY MUCH. IM SO EXCITED TO KNOW I DID THE GRADING PROCESS BY MY SELF AND DIDNT NEED A DEALER LMAO THANKS FOR THE FEED BACK
The Estimated Value is only used for insurance purposes from the point they reach the TPG until they are received back to you.
What I do is declare the value of the shipment to be equal to the count and amount of the return shipping fee, since that includes the insurance.
Say I'm sending in 10 coins and one limit is $5,000 and the other is $10,000. I make sure the total of the 10 coins equals $5,000 (or $50 each)
PCGS customer service is top notch and will be able to answer your submission issue.

@Pawz1980...Welcome aboard... I do not believe that will cause any problems at all... however, to ease your anxiety, a phone call to customer service will allay your fears. Cheers, RickO

Probably not this particular one....
.
It is not critical how forms get filled out, the worst that happens is they contact you for more information and the submission gets delayed. I have helped others with my forms and usually they are quite thorough. Do your best. I have never heard a submission getting sent back.
Yes, but he submitted to NGC.
Is PCGS customer service really so good? I'm 0 for 2 in getting ANY response to e-mails I've sent them. Maybe it's only their phone support that is good?
Yes it's NGC that I sent the coins to and they did help me and even right I made that error they just asked it my coins were in the right tier. I also sent in the submission form that had my credit card info blacked out so I gave them that info while I was on the phone with them so there wouldn't be any delay. Thank you all fir the comments it was really helpful and I'm leaning so much from all of you. I sent one coin it that a high mint state the year is 1994 D and it has DDO & DDR. Has anyone else heard of this. I know there's a DDO for the 1994 penny but I've seen nothing when it comes to the 1994 D?
Sorry boys. Forgot to add the winky's to my post.
