1918 DDR buffalo help

Clashes are there, die cracks are not. Simply not sure if doubling on top parts of lettering in EPU is present - it all looks mushy to me. Opinions appreciated

I looked at your coin compared to the 4 at coinfacts for about 10 minutes.
Here's the thing, the clash on PLU doesn't match the first 3 coins, but does match coin 4. Notice how the "P" IS involved with the clash on the first 3 but is NOT involved on your coin or the 4th on CF. The obverse clashing also matches coin 4 on CF. Coin 4 also does not have the die crack above the "AM"

It is not the 1918 DDR. The most telling thing is the die clash in the DDR in PLURIBUS and yours do not match. I have looked for this variety for years and have seen several just like yours. There are several known prominent die clases that are VERY close to the DDR. I also have never seen an example of the DDR without the die crack at the tail.
The variety DOES exist in a very early die state without the die crack from the tail to the rim-I've seen one. I once cherried two mid-grade examples at the same show. I think that was a stroke of luck, tho. But I've found maybe half a dozen total-but none for several years. The real deal shows a double die clash with very evident rotation between the clashes. The values for the variety are badly inflated IMHO.
Amazing! Thanks for the info!!
Thanks to everyone for the effort and thoughtful responses. This is a great example of what a wonderful resource these boards can be.
