Pretty good strike for a 41-S, nice molten silver luster.. the lines in the field are die polish lines my camera picked up.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

It is a pretty good strike for a 41 s. I think it may go 64 with a shot at 65.
Skirt lines a little weak, but fields and sun look great.

I wouldn't expect to see anything but a beautiful Walker when I opened this thread. And it is! WHOA ! I know first hand how tough this particular date is with details like this. Very well done my coin brother !!
Looks like a very nice strike, 65 at least.
Good to see folks with confidence stepping up to buy nice raw coins. Very nice S mint!
That is very nice. Congratulations.
Put me in the 65 camp.
Nice one!
Are the graders influenced by strike? I thought that conventional wisdom was otherwise but perhaps the Walkers are looked at differently or it is just that a coin with a very nice strike like the one here gets some bonus eye appeal points to boost its grade?
I think it's a nice combination of strike and luster
Walkers are really nice looking coins. I found a 41 S once that turned out to be a 41 S/S RPM 2

That is a very nice WLH.... excellent acquisition... I would have grabbed that one.... Not often you find a raw coin like that... Cheers, RickO
Yes, strike is a factor when assigning a grade.

If there are no hidden hairlines on it, then MS66.
Nice one!
