My "finds" for the last month consist of two Canadian dimes. I think more people are starting to check the reject bins.

    Cool! It's funny, I too, were lucky today! I picked a 1958D Roosy.. ;)
This came from my favorite CoinStar mach. 9 out of 10 trips at this particular mach. I find some sort of change. 3 out of 10 times, it's Silver, too.

Pulled a pristine 64 Jefferson the other day, someone somewhere got into Grampa's coin rolls.

Don't despair, it will come! ;) Check as many stores with a CoinStar as possible. I myself, check approx. 6-7 different stores while I'm in the neighborhoods. Don't go out of your way, that would be defeating the purpose. The more machines the better chance, right? Also, don't forget bank change machines as well.

I'm going to buy a coinstar machine and make it so it rejects clad and keeps all the silver!

    Yep, that's the plan!!

I once heard, someone on our forum, used to work for CoinStar? Just to be employed by CoinStar would be interesting, huh?

@joeykoins...." 9 out of 10 trips at this particular mach. I find some sort of change. 3 out of 10 times, it's Silver, too.".........That is an incredible result.... I am lucky to find change once out of ten trips....sometimes it is a large haul... and only twice did I find a silver dime....That is very impressive....Cheers, RickO

Since reading these posts, I have made a habit of checking the machines at the Kroger and Walmart next to your house for the last two years. Never so much as a penny. Was at a Walmart across town the other day with my son and told him to go check the discard bin at their machine and he came back with just shy of 8 Euros. I told him we can pay for a Royale with cheese the next time we are in France.

Not impressive, but lucky! Obviously, this machine gets a lot of use more than others. That's probably why?

It's a Denver Jeff, little to no steps as expected. (extremely hard to image as there is glare) I will spend this coin to put it back into circulation.
