It's been awhile since I bought from Heritage. What methods to pay are there?

Looked at website, I see payment by wire? I remember paying with credit card in the past is this still an option?

    I'd suggest calling them.

They used to have a limit of $2,500 of payment by credit card, but when I look at their help page, they only talk about wires and checks.

But they do mention For more information, by type of auction, please go to the specific category on HA.com so maybe they still accept credit cards for coin auctions up to $2,500?

I posted this thread asking about credit card tendering last April. Maybe it can help

  • Paying with credit card is ok if invoice is under$2500, anything higher they will ask you to pay by bank account echeck.

I wonder how many more bidders they would attract if they would accept all forms of payment, even if it meant taking another 3 percent for credit cards past $2500?

They take credit card payments up to $2500, Anything above and beyond that must be by check or electronic funds transfer, which is easy to do with a debit card or a routing number & bank account number.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

Usually they offer a discount if you pay by echeck instead of credit card. The discount is about equal to any reward points you might get from using a CC and depends on the CC since some offer more cash back than others depending upon the category of purchase. IIRC if you don't accept the discount the first time it's offered you might not get a second chance.
