The Lake George Regatta Association in NY had some absolutely amazing medals prepared for it by Victor David Brenner (yes, that VDB), but this does not appear to be made by him.
Lake George, NY... is a well known and popular resort area just north of where I live... That is likely a souvenir from one of the many activities hosted there. Cheers, RickO

I have no idea beyond what's described on the medal. It looks like it was over struck on another medal/token. Can you identify the under-type?
