While I have seen those... I do not purchase them.... Where I worked in Seattle, people knew I was into coins (and guns) and would bring me coins either just to show or to evaluate (same with guns). There were a few occasions that the coin they showed was meticulously cleaned and polished....Saw that with a couple of Morgans, a Peace and a Bust half.... I tried to educate the non-collectors, however, it was usually too late.... and they just could not understand why cleaning that 'dirty old coin' would hurt the value. Just as a note aside, they were not exceptional coins to begin with. Cheers, RickO
