What is going on with the software today?

All of a sudden, I can't imbed a picture into my posts anymore from my cell. It just shoots a link at the bottom of the post that users will then have to click on. This was a problem that I thought had been fixed. Anyone else having these issues?

So, it works!
But, I could swear I was using the paper icon second from the right just yesterday.
