1943 Washington Quarter Double Die Obverse FS-103 Found in Junk Silver

I was going through some of my Father's old scrap silver and happened to stumble upon this guy. At first glance something looked off. I looked it up on PCGS and sure enough its a match. What do you think it would grade at? My initial thoughts were somewhere around G4.

It's the rarest SILVER issue as far as the major doubled dies go. There's a couple of copper-nickel issues that are rarer.

Wow, I assumed this was a '43-S at first glance, the Philly DDO is a much rarer coin and one heck of a find in junk silver. Congrats on your good fortune!
