Not long ago I visited a pawn shop right here in my little town in the northern California mountains. Last time I was there I found a 1929-s Walking Liberty half dollar uncirculated and attractively toned for a VERY cheap price. So, yesterday I stopped by again. Among other nice stuff I found this 10 ounce loaf silver ingot and purchased it for melt :) ....Another happy day. Here it is.

Edited to show you the walker....

The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
