How does PCGS handle non-approved grading services holder when submitted?

Will they accept in the holder and remove? Know they won't cross them.
I have some with "different" kinds of holders. I think the above would grade 64 but who knows?.. ![]()

NGC has the "approved" list.
PCGS will crossover any holder unless I missed seeing something.
In the latest crossover special, PCGS does make a distinction and say "ANACS, NGC, ICG" but in general, I have never seen them care.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I crossed a PCI holder before with no problem.

Let us know what it crosses at when you submit it. As pictured no reason it shouldn't be a 65.
I've crossed SEGS coins before. I don't know if they've changed their policy overall or just for this promotion. I could see them not wanting a huge pile of third world slabs (which SEGS really isn't) submitted for this special when the likelihood of them collecting grading fees on them is extremely low.

OK,thanks. Will send some in for "cross" and see what happens..
I wonder what PCGS uses to bang those SEGS slabs apart.
Nice Morgan!
Looks like a nice Morgan.... not a detail picture though... Let us know what happens... Cheers, RickO
I've crossed several ICCS, as well, in the last year or two.

It's funny to think in the rarified coin grading spaces is a room with a band saw
. NGC won't do a 'crossover' per se, but does have a form to sign to allow removing from 'other slabs'. It's called the "Consent to Remove Coins and a Release for Coins with Additive Applications located on the back of the cover sheet".
I have often wondered how the TPGers crack those coins out of the "other" holders for crossovers.
