is the coin perhaps counterfeit. I do wonder.
I don't think it is worth enough to counterfeit.

That did not cross my mind.

Reverse of the coin. Part of the rim looks like its been scraped off and has the raised metal at the bottom also. Weird coin.

Planchet delamination, counting or rolling machine damage, not sure what damaged the rim on the reverse. Don't think it will grade. Nicely struck Lincoln.
It does look like a planchet flaw.

That appears to be planchet surface issues.... Cheers, RickO
Struck through fabric?
Not counterfeit...not a strike through as surface areas appear raised....igo with planchette issue.
No real value IMHO.
Here's a counterfeit...

you'd be surprised what we've seen them counterfeit!
anyone recall the alibaba and similar threads? wow
.
The 25 looks whizzed; used to see lots of this stuff at shows in the early 80's.
The marks on the obverse high points (Lincoln's temple and lapel) appear to be damage from a counting machine. Possibly the reverse rim too, though it looks a little severe.
The horizontal streaks look like planchet damage.
