2003 Arkansas state quarter die break error?

What do guys think about this, never seen this on other coins just wondering what this would be considered. It has vertical lines where they should be horizontal on the left wing. Let me know your opinions , and thanks in advance

That appears to be a strike through... of what, I do not know... Cheers, RickO

I'm thinking 'strike through' by some sort of debris.

    Probably a struck thru, yes.

    I can't tell for sure
