Have systemically broken the original thread at the link below. It couldn't take the girthness of the insane scanathon. Many scans won't display.

The deal with this thread(s) is, the Reaper has come for these cards. Am providing them their last rights and 15 minutes of fame before their fiery demise. They deserve is as there was a lot of sorting/collecting and other fun effort in to this 25 years ago. Enjoying reading the backs while their counterparts are scanned for immortality. Good memories.
Here's more of the innocent soon to be slaughtered swine: (This Packers game is NOT going as expected. 31 schlepp now)

HAD to think he was going to be lock for the Hall back then..
I have a couple of books almost identical...mine had more Yankees than Mets though! I remember thinking I would be a millionaire with Gregg Jefferies, Hensley Meulens and Kevin Maas (I was 12)!!!
I remember when you could get $5 for that 1990 Fleer Kevin Maas. Him and David Justice went from commons to $5 in '90

I'll pay $100 per 100 87 Topps Andres Thomas cards. He's going to be a Hall of Famer someday.
