Business days during NYINC

I know that the answer is to call customer service but I thought someone may know if the time during NYINC counts as business days against World coin submissions. Any takers?

No, I wouldn't think so. PCGS does not have grading staff at NYINC. They usually only send one person to man the PCGS table.
Awesome. I have a nice express submission with some pretty cool coins I'm hoping will upgrade as I think they deserve it!
