Assuming that the size checks out and it is not deemed minsize or trimmed, then I do not personally think that amount of edge wear will get you a 5. Maybe a 4 though.
I see what you're referring to on the back, but that seems it would place the "hole" on the front near the bill of his cap or on the forehead. I don't see it. Yet.

I think you are right Travis. I measured it out and that mark on the back would be equivalent to being on Mick's forehead on the front.
