What's UP with this State Quarter? It showed up in my pocket change. Raised bumps on front and back.

Raised bump on the front.
Raised bump on the reverse.
Same size and weight of another same state quarter.
NO low spots on the back side of the raised spots.
Doesn't stick to a magnet and is clad.

Cant tell. Would have to see it in hand.
Where did you go, RonO?
Looks like the clad layer has separated... I have seen this before... not on both sides though. Cheers, RickO
Residue from tape?
sounds like the metal didn't bond properly and tiny air bubbles got trapped underneath i have seen pennies with this issue in my change

Hello, I got one similar to this
What is up with them. I have emailed and sent pictures to some top coin sites and I have not had any luck with a reply. Maybe someone can figure this out.
There is both sides of my 2001 Rhode Island quarter. Maybe someone can help me figure out if it's an error coin.
Abraided with something like sandpaper. Occurred after it left the mint. Sorry, but not an error of any kind
It’s damaged and nothing more
