Anyone here live in Wyoming?

I was searching Craigslist and went a bit out of my local area and somehow ended up finding ads in Wyoming and ran across this listing. Unfortunately being 14 hours away doesn't make it worth the drive for me but it may for someone else. It seems like a pretty good deal if it is legit and atleast sounds believable to me.
