Looks like they have toned a couple of CAC coins in the holder. Saw them recently listed on the bay. Have they done these before and I missed it?

Its kinda sad that the guy offers real toned coins (some CAC) right next to the questionable examples.
Possibly gassed.

edynamic sold the same 1886 Morgan back on Oct 16 for just over $100. Still shows as a sale which indicates it was not returned....
He bought a toned 1921 Morgan from me not too long ago that was in a PCGS holder. I keep waiting for it to show up in his inventory on eBay, just to see how it changes.
