I have had this for years, picked it from a set myself. I know it needs a good dip though.
A few hits but mostly metal flow lines.
Do I submit or not?
It looks pretty nice in hand and comparing the toning to the ones in coin facts
only the one with Cameo (toned) looks like it.
What to do.....what to do?

I like it but would not submit, not cost effective.
The coin appears to have attractive toning, light obverse frost and no reverse frost. If the photo accurately shows the coin I would leave it as is and probably not submit it.
Attractively toned proofs are very desirable. If the devices are frosted that is even better. The only time I would remove attractive toning on a proof would be if a monster DCAM lurks under the toning and the value of the coin as an untoned DCAM is very high.
This half would likely sell better as tarnished.....it does not look as if a dip would expose a deep cameo... Cheers, RickO
what are you going to dip it in that does not strip the color?
Acetone
If your motivation is to sell, with your good picture taking skills, I'd just sell as is.
I doubt slabbing will add any value, just my opinion.
Looks like it would top out at 7+, although I am terrible at grading proofs from pictures.
The only benefit from slabbing would be to validate the color and that doesn't seem to be an issue with this piece.
Looks AT to me.
