From the picture provided, I would say no. The bottom of the ghost D runs parallel to the top of the primary D.
edited to add........ If you have the "harpoon" in the 9 as the other two examples have, then maybe. Every rpm 16 I have seen has them.
From your photo, no, but you've got all the PUPs there.
If I tilt the coin I can see what I think is the "D", but can't seem to catch it in photo, to much light from my dinolite .
Has the harpoon & die chip in 6
Late die state may not provide much upside by the time you pay for grading and variety attribution.
Might just be the photos, but the mintmark looks to be in a different position.
Dead Cat Waltz Exonumia
"Coin collecting for outcasts..."
I do not think so.
Blow up shot, not sharp but looks like a D touching D
For me, although I see PUP's, it is hard to determine on this one.... maybe in hand.....Cheers, RickO
hard to tell
perhaps take it to a coin show or mail it to someone trustable.
If you look at the position of the D in relation to the 9 and the 5 it appears to be different.
I see the PUP but don't see the extra "D". So I will say no not it.
Hoard the keys.
I see the same.
I would say no, but I would also defer to an expert.
