Nice Coins Everyone. My True Views are finally Popping up Today. This is My 1941 DDO 101 One of the nicest Toned Varieties in My Set. I decided to put her in a 30th Anniversary Label .
That's really cool color for a 1952 Rob41281. They don't normally come with that amount of thick color, in my experience, unless they are more spotty or the colors more in the brown range. That is a quite unusual WQ.
I shared a 1957-D earlier in the thread; a coin that is not liked by everyone who sees it, but here I will share a 1957-D that looks something like the blazer that AB has posted-
That's a really interesting color on that 1955, DoubleJCoins. It looks as though if it were to have stayed in the holder longer that it might have acquired the type of color found on 1957-D and 1958-D WQs.
@DoubleJCoins Just asking a question.... Look at @CascadeChris 's 1957-D, it's an MS64. I think you got lucky with that 1955 graded at MS66. JMO What do you think?
@TomB yeah it's definitely a interesting tone. It would be cool to see what it would look like if it was allowed to tone longer. I think those subtly colors would pop more and stand out.
@USSID18 I think it's fine for the grade. There are not really any distracting marks on the coin. It may have gotten a slight bump for color and eye appeal.

What a coin! That "S"mint mark looks as if it's doubled?

The lines in the fields are die polish lines. The images are by Bob Campbell, and I think he did an excellent job.

Nice 1960-D. That is an issue that I rarely find attractive and the reverse ring of toning looks quite attractive.
