Although I don not have an answer to who they are, I can say that I have seen several of them around. The quality of the coins inside of the ones that I have seen have been ok, but the grades assigned was a little off.
I notice the difference in the acronym and the full company name -----
"American Fidelity Coin Grading Service" v. "American Alliance Coin Grading Service". Front v. back.
I think if I wanted to start a third-world slabbing service, I would make up my mind from the front to the back of the slab. Or . . .at least decide what the company would be named . . .

Error slab! Get it while you can
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I have a GW commemorative in one of these and it has the same acronym error on the back. It seems like they caught the mistake and fixed it at some point because you can find them both ways. I want to say I read somewhere that they did the TV sales thing.
Collector, occasional seller
I do believe if I wanted to start my own third-world slabbing service, cash in on our hosts or NGC, see if I could maximize my profits for a couple months until the numismatic population figured out that my Uncle Ralph was the finalizer and my twin sons Edgar and Samuel were the principal graders and custodians of the strip mall we used as a business front . . . .I would at least make sure my slabs had consistent labeling.
As they say on Monday Night Football . . . . . "Come on' Man !!!" When ripping off the public, you have to have at least a modicum of sensibility, acumen, and business savvy. Give us a break! As a minimum, sit down in the trailer and actually look at the product to see if there are any glaring errors. It really isn't that tough . . . . you can get a few to 'bite' if you just use a little bit of care and concern to make sure there is nothing that a basic 8th grader can't identify.
Sorry . .a bit of a rant . . .

Beyond the 4 TPG accepted by eBay I would not worry about it. PCGS, NGC, PMG account for 85-90 pct of material of these 4 on eBay.
There are many self slabbers out there. I consider their material like raw. In any offer or bid on their material I would base it on MS60 / PF60 on down - get the picture?
I have seen these before..... the coins appeared overgraded.... Cheers, RickO
It looks like they're trying to capitalize on ACG's reputation.

Self slabber according to ebay Guide to TPGs

As of tonight, there are 6 pages of up to 60 coins for sale... total 304 slabs.
From the about page:
I'd say 1st party slabber, with resales from their customers.

These slabs have been around a while, with and without the naming error. They have slabbed coins under "American Fidelity Coin Grading Service" and "American Alliance Coin Grading Service" as single pieces or mini sets, like a set of state quarters or year set of SBA dollars.
