Question about the procedure of PCGS grading....Anyone know?

When a coin is submitted raw for grading, does it go through all 3 graders and a finalizer if it is determined to be a details coin (cleaned, questionable color, etc)?
Does anyone actually have a definitive answer or would it just be speculation? Thanks.

Edit: And now for the less snarky part, just because one grader thinks a coin is a problem coin, it's not given that the others do.

I don't see any reason it wouldn't go through 2 graders and a finalizer (or 1 grader/1 finalizer on a modern) just like any other coin.
You can't get a consensus any other way.
I remember seeing a youtube video out there about the process but don't remember which service.
