Seriously though,
Growing up on a dairy farm I remember our closest neighbor, lived about 2 miles away, showing me a silver dollar that he had carried most of his life. This was in the sixties and he seemed old at the time. It was worn to about a slug, but he was proud of it.
This 98 ASE has seen it all, circulates in my pocket daily, along with a Morgan and Peace dollar.
Still weighs 31.1 grams. This image was just taken, sure is a ugly piece.
It's been a while since I re-imaged mine, so I just did. Used to have some of the bell lines, now they're pretty much gone. Carried since 2000/2001 (I fergit when, exactly), cut straight from a proof set...
14+ years on a key chain, it had a good start when I put it on there but the constant movement keeps it polished along with a good bit of wear. The key chain hole used to just fit the ring, now it is really loose from wear.
Here are mine, I've been carrying the Sesqui for at least ten years. When I bought it the coin had plentiful, deep scratches in the fields on both sides and was worn to roughly VF. Now only one deep scratch remains by the bell, along with a few behind Washington's head, and the coin is worn down to AG. The large cent was an undated cull when I started carrying it about eight years ago.
Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

I bought this a while back. I don't carry it, but it looks like someone else might have.
