Weighs 26.5g, measures out correctly, reeded edge looks right. Has obvious pitting and the date font looks wrong...especially on the "9". 99% sure it's a fake, just want to make sure before tossing it as I've seen some pretty nasty looking environmental damage coins before. Thanks!

Agreed. Fine pitting all over devices with manual abrasion to remove it from the fields. And going by vam it's a far date and mm position is close to vam 3 but the C's are much larger on the op coin

It looks like a cast as it has a few cast bumps and a lot of pitting, and the coin was wizzed to make it all blend.

Has all the look of a cast counterfeit to me. The pitting and sloppy looking stars were indicators for me.
