Cleaned harshly, and in general, blues and browns are the least desirable colors for toners.
Agree with above. And even without the hairlines the color on this one wouldn't typically add too much of a premium but might make for a quicker sale. FYI... VAM 1BV
If you like the color and you can buy it for Cull, then you should. Not ever coin you own has to be a GEM. But you have to like them.
