US $1 Bill Error

Hi I've been more of a coin but I'm starting to get into currency now
I've been just going to the bank and getting $1's and looking for fancy serial numbers and Errors
and I just found this: is this worth anything? is it common? is it rare? how does it happen?
thanks for your comments and time

Do you mean the slightly raised 3 in the upper right S/N?
That is minor and I doubt worth more than face. That would be pretty common. (But keep it if you like it!)

I think it happens, the serial numbers are printed from a rotating wheel, and it doesn't quite rotate far enough after the previous print. I'm no expert in errors though. It is VERY good to be thinking about how errors can happen, it helps a whole lot in detecting fakes, which are common.
