Here is my ANACS order that was stolen by a UPS employee. An empty box (not damaged) was delivered to me. I refused delivery. I have also included the 6 Ebay listing I was sent. There is one more, the Oregon Trail piece. I have not located the remaining 2 pieces.

Agree. These really should find their way back to the right home.
ANACS is/was a great company to work with. Paul worked hard to find these at the time but UPS did little to track them down. ANACS made a very fair offer and I posted that over a year ago.
At this point ANACS is considered the victim (from what I was told). I have contacted Doug and the hope is he is tracking things down. It has been a year and 3 months so Doug said very hard to track changing of hands.
It appears the thief has decided to hang onto the 1884-CC cancelled die and the 2021-S Antiqued piece. That means only 4 out of the 5 coin set is available and 2 out of the 3 1884 cancelled die set.
The outpouring of support from this group reminds me why I check in here every day (well, many times each day). I have received messages telling me you will not bid to help me win them back or you would bid and send them to me if you win. I even had a person way back when this happened offer to gift me their graded extras (you know who you are and I remember you because of it).
I had bought the set of 5 Zoins coins that he did with DC. One of them is not up for sale (Antiqued one). I had bought the set of three 1884 cancelled dies. The CC has been kept back. I still have the 2 off center strikes (they arrived after I sent these to ANACS).
I have thought things over and I have decided that many of you will benefit from some of these more then I will. A few of you need one or two of these to complete the set. One of them is/was the only one sold. I will not get the set back because all are not being sold, but maybe someone else can because you need one of these.
I want people from here to get the coins. I want you to win them and show them off. I will be the first to "Like" your post. I moved on from this and feel funny trying to bid to win them back. It is also not a planned expense (in excess of $2000 if they just get back to issue price). I believe some will exceed that. I am not sure if ANACS plans to work to get them back.

Defenses
You can fight theft offense criminal charges by arguing:
you had no knowledge that the goods were taken,
you had innocent intent, and/or
you did not “receive” the taken items.
Penalties
A violation of this code section is a wobbler offense under California criminal law. This means that a prosecutor can charge it as either:
a misdemeanor, or
a felony.
A misdemeanor conviction is punishable by imprisonment in county jail for up to one year.
A felony conviction is punishable by custody in state prison for up to three years.

Maybe the Seller is cooperating with an investigation to catch the thief -- which might explain why the ebay listings are still active.

A.You’d be surprised how many dogs/cats/toddler’s know how to login, search for items that their parents routinely buy, and go through the four step process of placing a bid.You’d be really surprised how many dogs/cats/toddlers seem to know the exact market price of a coin for that matter. Q.I have a resale license, can you remove the sales tax?
A.For California, ONLY If we have a SIGNED PHYSICAL COPY of your resale card on file and it passes verification and is up to date.
For the new Interstate sales tax. As of February 28, I CANNOT Remove out of state sales tax. That will likely change at some point. Please refer to the Wayfair vs. South Dakota supreme court ruling and it’s repercussions. This issue is big and not easily resolved at the moment.
Q. I’m located outside the US, Why do I not see tracking immediately?

What was the reasoning behind the P-mint Peace dollar having the 'Broken Sword' reverse and the D & S not?

My guess is that it continues the 'no mint mark associated with the Broken Sword' theme that was established with 1917 through MXMXXI. There are no broken sword reverses of Dan's that bear a MM.

I won this one in auction last week, and not totally sure which one I have,(this is why it’s so important not to loose Dan’s coin flip certificates), I’m thinking that it’s a PL plated.By the way, Dan, these are “ too kool “, there’s hologram even with the plating, you’re amazing ‼️👍🎯👀‼️‼️
