Anyone recall the 1993 ISI show in San Francisco??

Was intriqued by this sample for the notations on the obverse and reverse.
It's really hard to retrospectively reconstruct when samples were given out.
I'm guessing the notation on the obverse is correct??
Any old timers here remember attending this show??

When you hit a certain point you start being too old to remember.
Some of us are even older.....wait...hmmmm...not sure now... cannot remember..
I didn't really get serious about collecting until 1995 so missed this show.
And it was before Gore invented the internet, so Google ain't helping......
