    That's OK. We're all SO excited about these coins we can't get enough posts going. I cannot believe they are i intentionally leaving Howland Island out if the program!!!! Just because it is an uninhibited speck of coral in the middle of the Pacific, that is NO reason to exclude it! After all, it is the only place the USA has that has No Violence and No Dissatisfied Citizens!

    Another waste of a coin series. At least the Mint isn't making any pretenses any more about wanting to get the dollar coins into circulation. Just another commemorative coin series we're forced to buy in our mint and proof sets.
    I love the 3 P's: PB&J, PBR and PCGS.

    Every time these series are announced I get depressed because I realize I will be 11-12 years older than I am now when it's finished.

    I'm guessing we are about to get in another state quarter announcement in the next couple years.

    I can't believe they're going to mint these before the 'Presidential Pets' series even gets through committee....



    And 2016 is the 25th Anniversary of the 1991-P 'Korean War 38th Anniversary Silver Dollar'... They completely missed the boat on a gold version...
