A triple clip 1943 Washington quarter or PMD ?

Found this going through a bag of silver U.S. Coins. (commonly called junk)

At first I thought " just maybe it's a triple clip ", but would feel better reading it from the experts.

I don't think the possibility exists where a coin could have three straight clips. PMD.
