Pics make it really tough but looks like some rub in the fields on the obverse so Ill go with AU-58. Looks to be beautifully struck whatever the grade, though.

    Nice coin Mark! Congrats!

Always looking for tougher PSA 10's of Nolan Arenado, Alex Bregman, Mookie Betts, Francisco Lindor, and Mike Trout.

    I'd grade it Blury-99

For the coin, why not PR63?

I simply was in awe when I saw this coin wasn't designated a proof and not UNC because I cnt find any rub either. It's nice to throw a curve ball every now and then. I think it's a splendid first seated quarter. What say you?

It looks good, but it's really hard to revert back to circa 1999 scans to try and decipher surface conditions.

I just hope it's as nice in hand and not a hairlines mess? Toes crossed for ya! image

The pictures leave a lot to be desired... however, it does look better than a 58.. Cheers, RickO

Nice. Even in bad pics, always check the fields, where you can clearly see the circulation here.

Very nice quarter, looks accurately graded from what I can see in the pictures (which ain't much)

When you get it, you'll likely see the action in the fields and on the very highest points that result in AU58, rather than an MS grade (or no-grade)

Thank you so much everyone. I have learned from this thread and although it's a mere 58 I paid a good price for it. I hope the PL is adamant in hand. Also I noticed the business in the field but couldn't tell if that was circuit rub or break in the toning since I couldn't see rub in high points. But the pictures suck and I will update tomorrow when it FINALLY gets here.
