Got up early , drove an hour and a half to the Aurora Coin Show i found on Coinzip.com. Was told by the front desk receptionist that the dates on Coinzip are wrong. NO COIN SHOW TODAY. So I did not buy nor sell anything.

I can tell you that I got confirmation that the Cheyenne WY coin show is "for sure" next weekend on September 10-11. About 42 miles from Fort Collins, short distance off the I-25 and I-80 freeways.

Early American Copper, Bust and Seated.
Show promoters, in general, need to do a better job at putting information out there.
I agree that some do need to step it up.
There's a biannual show about a half hour away.
I never know when or where until Coinzip posts one of his who's going threads.

It's a new show and venue, as Night Hawk said.
Not much to report as there wasn't the typical "buzz" of the regular local shows. It faced a lot of local competition over Labor Day weekend, with a football game last night (CU vs CSU) and the local Taste of Colorado fest sucking up so much bandwidth, not to mention the number of folks who head west into the mountains for a last hike/camp trip before the serious cold weather sets in this month.
Gonna get me a $50 Octagonal someday. Some. Day.

That seems like a very high admission for not a large show.
