    I heard the early PCI coins had the best shot. I saw a Bust half in a NH coin shop graded MS64 by PCI that I wouldn't touch with real money. Too much risk.

    Nice. There's a small subset of cherrypickers that look specifically for pci coins that will cross or upgrade. I suspect more will start catching on to it. That's a gorgeous bird the way the toning highlights a cameo look

    My opinion is that the scratches are on the holder....and since the OP stated it made it into a PCGS 63 holder, where would it body bag? at ANACS?

    I agree.

    Great looking coin though, but if I had submitted the coin, I would have received a 'unc details' for sure.

    Those reverse scratches above the eagle's wing look definitely on the coin to me.

    I would have guessed those scratches were on the coin too. And I would have been wrong.
