How do you like this 1940's type set.

I wish I still had all of these coins. I made them all. I sold them all because they were to beautiful I guess. Or it could be because I got huge premiums for all of them.

How do you like this 1940's type set.

What's not to like?



I love the steel cent (almost looks like a toned BN bronze issue at first glimpse), and the pastel target toning on the reverse of that War nickel is perfect.



(But what's going on with Tom's cheek along the jawline, there? Acne? Planchet impurities?)



The Walker too has lovely peripheral toning.
