Mixed Orders

Looking at the publicized orders I sometimes see an order with both US and Canadian (or other World) coins. Is there a special tier for this, or are they submitted on the "World" tier where the US is part of the World?

Sure wish we could do that here without extra invoice fees or mandatory Secure Plus.



(But I don't mind the mandatory Secure Plus on World coins quite so much, now that TrueViews come with that. I had to pay separately for TrueViews last time I submitted.)

So if I understand correctly US coins can be submitted on the "World" tier??
