    Happy Birthday

Back when I was Yard Manager, I told all the cashiers that I give them a 1000 bucks for a 1975 quarter
that went on for a few days until the General Manager told them all to quit screwing around and quit
opening up all the quarter rolls image and he asked me whats with the 1975 quarter and I said they didn't
make any dated 1975's....................cashiers didn't talk to me for weeks

Happy birthday from another fellow 1975.

I must have relived 1975 somewhat, as last Saturday I was at a 3 Dog Night concert.

    1975

    Happy Birthday!!

I sent out birthday wishes to two other people today also.

I found this one in change last year, just before attending my 40 year high school reunion, and I had such a good time I keep it displayed to remind me of my classmates.

    HB2U, silverpop!

I don't have any '75 coins (not that I've got pictures of, anyway).

You're the same age as my youngest sister.

Not my younger sister- but the youngest- the "baby".

She doesn't look 41, does she?

Tis' one issue that D. Carr hasn't made yet. Perhaps demand will inspire him to. Don't think he does clad coins though so may be out of luck.

    Happy birthday!

But weren't much of the 1776-1976 quarters minted in 1975?
    I love the 3 P's: PB&J, PBR and PCGS.

They were minted in both years, 1975 and 1976. The Mint deliberately struck quarters, halves and dollars dated 1974 into the first three months of 1975, to avoid making "rarities" for collectors. Then they began striking the 1776-1976 dates for these three denominations. You can't tell the difference between 1975 and 1976 strikings except on certain Ike dollars, where the most of the 1975 strikings had different types of reverse lettering from the 1976 strikings.
