POLL: Silver at $15 or Silver at $20

Silver is currently at $19.76. Will it break the resistance at $20 or will it languish in the high teens before dropping back to $15 on weak demand or a strong dollar (or a combination of both)?

Also, just testing the polling function so I hope I did it right.
