I Just Added another Variety to My Set

1tommy1tommy Posts: 3,019 ✭✭✭✭✭
Thanks to Bob AuandAG

I saw this coin late on the bst as it was put on ebay already. So I watched the auction and threw in a Wild Bid and now can add my first Vam Dollar to my Variety Set.

I really liked Dimeman's idea of instead of just dimes he has drifted off into other series for Varieties, which got me thinking why not.

Already have a proof penny with the Engraved coat lapel and the Goiter Half Dollar. I need to find a nice dime and nickel....

Way to go Tom! Nice Dollar. Varieties are neat no matter what series they are in.

There are some folks who would say that this is a particularly fine example of NOT needing an optical aide to see the variety...and you can count me among them.

Great example! ...and nice hair detail for an AU55.

    Careful...varieties can be addictive!

Varieties are neat... and I like some of the nicknames... i.e. Hot Lips, Bugs Bunny etc.. Cheers, RickO

A better nomenclature would be "Snot Nose", from my personal view image Nice one.
