Boston and coins

kevinjkevinj Posts: 989 ✭✭✭
Just moved up to Boston for a year or two for my new job at MIT LL

Just curious what shows are around here and if anyone lives up here who wants to get together to talk coins or fishing or both

Thanks
Kevin

    Mass shows

Westford and Baystate are 2 of the best shows in the eastern part of the state. Bay State is held in April. Great Worcester (Auburn, MA) is a good show to visit if you have business in that area on a Sunday (60-75 min from Boston).

Every third Sunday in Nasuha New Hampshire 45-50 ride from Boston and every fourth Sunday in Westwood 35-40 ride. Both these shows are ok. Send me a pm and I'll let you know when I plan on attending. Where are you located in the area.

There used to be a show the first Sunday of the month at the Dedham Holiday inn, I'm not sure if its still happening.

Moving to Boston was not by choice
At my previous job, 12 layoffs in 15 years, went from 128K people down to 4K, was living in NJ, working in PA

Best job offer, and actually the best job was from MIT LL, love it here, great place to learn, never worked so hard and enjoy it immensely.

Thanks for the different shows around here, will have to check them out

If you're at LL, skip the coins and head to the other side of Hanscom and fly!

I enjoy a good beer, hope to find some craft houses up here to try
I was in the Sam Adams place before, most beer tour places give you a sample, Sam Adams puts pitches on your table...... Luckily my wife was driving home
