An unfinished Counterfeit PCGS holder

Here is a very interesting counterfeit PCGS holder. Note the counterfeiter used a valid PCGS certification number, but, he left off the grade and the letters PCGS in an effort to avoid prosecution. The counterfeit coin contained in the holder is poorly made. It's almost as if this ebay seller, pote-4, wants to expose himself as being a crook:

This crook just sold his Counterfeit coin/holder for $1556. It appears that defiance of eBay pays-off. EBay is clearly complicit in this crime as they were well warned of this fraudulent seller and his criminal acts.
